• We are a mostly private room nightly term accommodation.  
• Bathrooms are shared as well as the kitchens & computers.  
• Private rooms have keys, and linens are provided.  
• You can store & cook  your own food.
• All of downtown is easily traversable by foot.
• It takes 11 minutes to walk to the other side of downtown..
• The neighborhood is quiet & safe.
• We provide pancake makings & coffee free of charge.  
• Free Wifi & computer access.
• Parking is free.  

Making a Reservation

Select the arrival date, number of nights & adults, then select the update button before selecting the room!

You can make a reservation here. Please pick a room that is suitable for the number of guests you anticipate having, and enter the maximum number of adults.

Deposits & Payment

If booking in advance, a non-refundable 10% deposit is required. If reserving in less then 48 hours in advance of your arrival, payment is due in full. Check-ins after 10Pm require $5 per hour after 10PM.

Number of rooms per reservation

Please only reserve one room per party. If you have a group that wants to book, please have the guests who are coming reserve & be responsible for each room separately. You can also call & pay in full with no option to cancel. 

Cancellations

It is free to cancel beyond your deposit up to 48 hours in advance. The first night will be billed for cancellations of less than 48 hours, unless we can refill your room, so please always let us know if you need to cancel. Contact us by email, text or phone in order to cancel. You will receive a confirmation by email that you have cancelled.

Checking in

• To check in: Please call one hour before your arrival!  
• Phone hours are 12 Noon until 10 PM.  
• Check in from 3 PM until 10 PM  
• Call by 10 PM to check-in past 10 PM. 
• $5. per hour to check in after 10 PM  
• Park on the street in front of our properties. 
• Free parking in front of 28 or 16 Ravenscroft Dr.
